Today we took a CPR class at the hospital. It taught adult, child, and infant CPR and also what to do when someone was choking. We thought it was definitely worth our time, especially for me because I have never had CPR training. Jason had it when he was younger, but it has been over 10 years so the refresher was good for him. It's training you hope you never have to use, but we definitely think it's important that as parents we know what to do in the event of an emergency. As you can see, some of us were more successful in our infant CPR technique than others.

A picture says a thousand words! Jason is too funny.
ReplyDeleteWhat a good idea to take the class - I took it a couple years ago - it's a good idea for everyone to take it I think. It looks like you are keeping busy as usual.
